Job Title: Warehouse Team Leader
Location: Colnbrook
Contract Details: Full-time, Monday to Friday (with occasional weekends/Bank holidays during busy periods)
Salary: £26-28K, based on experience
About Our Client:
Our client, an award-winning creative brand experience agency, is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to join their Logistics department. With a strong reputation for delivering innovative and impactful campaigns for top brands, our client is known for their insight-led approach and measurable results. The role will be based in Colnbrook, working closely with the Warehouse Manager and the warehouse team.

Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, order assembly, and despatch of goods
Manage and provide guidance to a small team of warehouse operatives, ensuring high motivation and performance
Undertake Line Manager responsibilities, including conducting return to work meetings and contributing to performance reviews
Maintain and update the Daily Delivery Tracker
Oversee the checking and inspection of goods received, ensuring accuracy and quality
Update and maintain asset management systems
Plan workload and set daily work plans
Liaise with Campaign Managers, Field Support Managers, Suppliers, and Transport Companies
Coordinate and support team members in producing store notices, delivery notes, and consignment labels
Maintain and monitor warehouse stationery
Ensure a clean and safe working environment, complying with safety regulations
Work a 40-hour week with flexibility for overtime and weekends when necessary
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Previous experience in a warehouse environment
Strong people management skills
Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment, handling different product types
Knowledge of material/stock management techniques and inventory control
Ability to prioritise and delegate tasks effectively
Physical ability to lift and move heavy packages
Excellent teamwork and coaching skills
Good command of spoken and written English
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) - training provided
Understanding of health and safety regulations
Forklift Licence - Counterbalance
Full Driving Licence
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
NVQ in warehousing and storage
Understanding of customs entry procedures and documentation
Technologies:
Proficiency in standard stock tracking software and third-party portals
