Job Responsibilities: Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for the EMEA region in alignment with company goals and objectives. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales processes and improve overall efficiency. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze sales metrics, pipeline, and revenue results, providing regular reports to executive leadership. Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities, and develop action plans to address them. Develop and deliver compelling presentations to communicate sales performance and strategies to internal and external stakeholders. Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget for the EMEA region, ensuring resource allocation aligns with strategic priorities. Monitor and control expenses to achieve financial targets while maximizing ROI. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of [10] years of progressive sales leadership experience in a B2B environment, with a strong focus on the EMEA region. Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
