They partner with cutting-edge SaaS vendors and tech firms across the UK and mainland Europe, primarily recruiting for Sales, GTM, Marketing, and Customer Success roles – with a particular focus on Enterprise Sales (£80k-£100k base salaries).

Now, they're looking for an autonomous, driven Candidate Resourcer to join their team and help them engage top-tier sales and tech talent.
The Role: Candidate Resourcer
This is a super urgent hire – they're swamped with exclusive and retained roles (15+ open at any time), and they need someone who can find and engage the best talent in the market.
✅ Talent Sourcing – Identify and engage A-player candidates in Sales, GTM, Marketing, and Tech roles
✅ Candidate Engagement – Build relationships with Enterprise Sales professionals, tech leaders, and engineers
✅ Market Mapping – Research and stay ahead of hiring trends in the SaaS & tech startup space
✅ Ownership & Autonomy – Work independently, managing your pipeline with zero micromanagement
