We have a fantastic position for a Chef de Partie in our restaurant, Hop Scotch, at the Courtyard by Marriott Glasgow SEC. As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for running a section within the kitchen. You will be working closely with our team of chefs to ensure that dishes are prepared and cooked according to the standards.
