Newton Primary School are looking for two committed and inspiring class teachers to join our dynamic team on a temporary basis until June 2025.
If successful you will support the delivery of Curriculum for Excellence in assigned classes together with associated range of teaching and other duties outlined in the job specification. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working collegiately with colleagues, who have a firm commitment to nurturing approaches and skills to develop creative and innovative learning experiences to improve the outcomes for all learners.
You will have a relevant teaching qualification together with GTCs registration.
The starting date for this position is January 2025.
The successful candidate will be required to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for Children. If your application is progressed after the interview, you will be asked to complete the form and have your details verified.
It is Stirling Council’s policy to ask that you pay for this if you are on point 4 or above of the main-grade teachers scale.
