About Us
With the launch of Dineindulge (www.dineindulge.co.uk) 10 years ago, the ability to enjoy a private chef experience has never been as convenient and attainable. With 28 menus to choose from, our clients have a range of dining options for all occasions, from a relaxed sharing style buffet to a 10-course tasting menu with wine pairing, all freshly prepared and served by their own personal chef in the comfort of their own home or rental accommodation.
More recently, we proudly launched Meals (www.meals.co.uk), an innovative and rapidly growing service that is transforming the way people experience in-home chef-prepared meals. With a focus on convenience, health, and quality, we cater to a diverse clientele, including discerning professionals and elite athletes, who have very specific nutritional and lifestyle requirements.
Our ethos is simple: Keep it simple – Do it well – Make it better – Work together. We believe in maintaining a slick system that is easy for our clients and chefs to navigate while ensuring every dining experience is effortless, memorable, and exceeds expectations.

What We’re Looking For:
1. A personable and engaging communicator who thrives on client interaction.
2. Experience within customer service, hospitality, or luxury client care roles.
3. Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
4. Confidence in managing high-profile clients with discretion and professionalism.
5. Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a dynamic environment.
6. A proactive and positive attitude with a commitment to excellence.
7. Experience handling client relations interactions and resolutions.
8. A logical and strategic approach to work with the ability to make informed decisions.
9. A passion for food and an appreciation of high-quality cuisine.
10. Knowledge of French (desirable, but not essential).
