Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client on the outskirts of Trowbridge who are looking to recruit a Service Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
1. Assisting customers with servicing and repairs
2. Booking in vehicles, advising customers on work required and completing orders
3. Liaison with a number of internal departments including the workshop
What you will need to succeed:
1. Previous experience within the motor industry within Service / customer service is essential
2. Excellent communication skills at all levels
3. A good level of IT experience including Excel with accurate data entry
4. The ability to work in an ever-changing and pressurised environment
