About the Job:
This temporary Recruiter role will initially be for 2 to 3 months, with the potential for extension. You will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring that candidates for educational roles are thoroughly vetted and ready to begin their assignments. You’ll play a key role in handling a range of recruitment tasks and working closely with the HR team.
Duties will include:
1. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising roles to onboarding successful candidates.
2. Conducting DBS and reference checks to ensure compliance with safeguarding regulations.
3. Reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
4. Recruiting for educational professionals such as teachers, teaching assistants, and other school support staff, and assisting with corporate roles as required.
5. Collaborating with agencies to arrange temporary cover for teachers and educational staff where needed.
About the Successful Applicant:
The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, ideally within the education sector, and be familiar with DBS checks and referencing. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to hit the ground running are essential. An educational background is highly desirable.
