FIND is working exclusively with a leading education setting to recruit an HR Manager to join their team.This is a newly created position where the HR Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources function within the organisation. This role is based 100% on site (with some flexibility during the school holidays) and would suit a current HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor who is looking to take the next step into their first HR Manager role. Salary for this role is to £45K Duties for this role include but are not limited to- Full oversight of the HR function. Managing a small HR team. Responsibility for managing all ER and HR cases. Recruitment, vetting and onboarding of new staff. Management of employment- Probation, reviews and performance management HR Project work as required. The ideal candidate for this role- Is an experienced HR Manager or Senior HR advisor currently. Has managed ER cases from beginning to end. Is CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified- Desired not essential. Is happy to be on site every day. Has education sector experience, or a compliance led sector. Is an excellent communicator- written and oral.
