About the Role : As the Senior Director, Partner Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive joint demand generation, pipeline growth, and brand awareness through our partner ecosystem including Global Alliance Partners, Solution & Program Partners, Microsoft, Agencies and other key partnerships. Reporting to the SVP of Revenue Marketing, you will be responsible for leading a team of two direct reports and collaborating cross-functionally with partner management teams, sales, and across the marketing organization, to grow partner pipeline and engagement. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring expertise in B2B SaaS partner marketing, campaign execution, and stakeholder management to accelerate revenue through and with our partners. What You’ll Do: Develop & Execute Partner Marketing Strategy: Build and scale global partner marketing programs, ensuring alignment with Sitecore’s business objectives, sales priorities, and partner go-to-market strategies. Go-to-Market (GTM) Planning: Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns and joint demand generation initiatives with partners to increase pipeline and revenue contribution. Partner Engagement & Enablement: Equip partners with marketing assets, content, and tools to drive awareness, customer acquisition, and deal acceleration. Co-Marketing & Joint Campaigns: Create and execute scalable co-marketing programs with partners, including leveraging MDF, across digital, events, and ABM tactics to drive customer engagement and conversions. Pipeline & KPI Management: Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs), including influenced pipeline, partner-sourced revenue, marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), and campaign ROI. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and partner teams to align strategies, messaging, and execution for maximum impact. Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor a team of partner marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and driving results. What You Need to Succeed: 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS partner marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth through global partner ecosystems. Deep understanding of channel, solution, and strategic alliances marketing, particularly in cloud, digital experience, and/or enterprise software markets. Expertise in joint go-to-market (GTM) strategy, co-marketing campaigns, and account-based marketing (ABM) with partners. Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams while working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Data-driven mindset with experience in pipeline attribution, analytics, and ROI measurement. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
