Plan and deliver engaging lessons that build on students' capabilities and prior knowledge. Use assessment to track progress and provide timely, constructive feedback to students. Manage classroom behaviour effectively and fairly to promote a positive learning atmosphere. Work closely with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student well-being and progress. Take responsibility for your own professional development and contribute to the wider life of the school. What We Are Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Degree level qualification and above. A passion for education and a commitment to raising pupil attainment. A strong understanding of the primary curriculum and best teaching practices. The ability to differentiate and adapt teaching to meet the needs of all students. Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills. Experience in managing behaviour and maintaining high standards in the classroom.
