This is the place where we support colleagues to be their professional best so they can provide excellent patient care to improve and save lives.
As an award winning Leadership, Talent and OD Team we want to build on our diverse skills and experience so we can continue to support the NCA culture change and People Priorities with a focus on providing development opportunities for all colleagues and driving inclusive Talent Management.
Anyone joining us will be coming at an exciting and innovative period with lots of opportunity to help shape and deliver priorities already in place, whilst actively bringing new ideas and opportunities to build on our existing offer.
You'll also receive a minimum of 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays, access to the NHS Pension Scheme and access to the NCA's Wellbeing SCARF Programme.
As an Apprenticeship Tutor with a caseload of Leadership and Management Apprentices (Employees within the organisation) you’ll be a natural Teacher and role model to the Apprentices and ensure the assessment of the apprenticeships and teaching supports the leadership and management ethos.
We would also consider candidates who are interested in training to become a Tutor. To be considered for the post of Trainee Tutor you would need experience either in Leadership and Management or in Education. Successful candidates will be supported to achieve their assessing qualification as part of the role.

As part of the role you will ensure that the support and delivery is compliant with the academic and vocational standards prescribed by the awarding organisations supporting Ofsted and all other external inspections.
You’ll bring an ability to think conceptually and ‘outside the box’ challenging ‘what’ we do and ‘why’. With skillful tact and diplomacy, you’ll be confident in positively challenging colleagues and will use an enthused yet meticulous style to deliver a challenging agenda.
