Head of Sales Luxury Hotel & Spa
Location: Northumberland
Salary: £40,000 + £500 weekly bonus
Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for luxury hospitality? We are looking for a Head of Sales to lead and drive revenue across a prestigious five-star hotel, spa, and golf estate.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead proactive and reactive sales efforts to maximise room bookings.
Monitor booking pace, sales performance, and identify gaps in revenue.
Build relationships with luxury travel agents and private clients.
Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Head of Commercial Development to align strategies.
Drive a sales-focused culture through incentives, performance monitoring, and training.
Present sales reports and strategies to senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including GDPR.
What Were Looking For:
Experience: 5+ years in sales within luxury hospitality (ideally) but a strong sales background from other industries may be considered.
Skills: Strong business development, financial acumen, and leadership skills.
This role is results-driven, offering excellent earning potential for a high-performing individual.
