Our Public Sector Client is seeking a temporary worker to join their team as an Admin Officer Band E. This is currently a temporary role until August 2025, but it is highly likely this could become a temporary ongoing role. The role is full-time, 37 hours a week, with a starting time of 8am - 6pm. The pay rate is £12.09 to £13.98 an hour, paid on a weekly basis.
This is a fully on-site role due to the nature of its requirements.
Day-to-day duties may include:
1. Answering telephone calls from the public and giving procedural advice.
2. Responding to emails.
3. Strong customer service skills and communicating via telephone.
4. Liaising with other teams within the court and providing adequate updates.
5. Receiving application documents and giving procedural advice at the Public Counter.
6. Closing cases on CASREC and acknowledging the death of 'P' (patient).
7. Preparing files for court/tribunal hearings.
8. Serving customers/court users.
9. General photocopying and filing.
10. Post opening.
11. General ad-hoc office duties.
12. Issuing of orders.
