Job Title: Payroll Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
* Process monthly payroll for around 3000 employees, ensuring accuracy and punctuality.
* Handle multiple payrolls, publish reports, and manage timesheets with utmost diligence.
* Liaise with the payroll team to resolve queries and maintain seamless operations.
* Record payroll deductions accurately and provide backup for team members as needed.
* Produce statutory information to comply with legal and company standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Prior experience in a payroll environment and handling multiple payrolls.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
* Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ADP iHCM is a plus.
