We’re excited to announce an opportunity for a talented Technology Project Manager to join our dynamic Digital Services team at ARAG UK. This team is crucial in driving innovation and excellence across ARAG UK, ARAG IE, and ARAG CA, and will be responsible for managing high-impact projects that shape the future of our digital landscape. The ideal candidate will oversee the quality and delivery of projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with timetables and milestones, as well as identifying and managing risks and dependencies.

Key Responsibilities:
* Owning the technology plan for each assigned project and initiative.
* Overseeing the timely, quality, in-budget delivery of the projects and initiatives.
* Ensuring appropriate definition and detailed planning of change projects and initiatives, which is kept up-to-date as the projects progress.
* Facilitating workshops and collaborating with SME / technical resources, as well as managing the updates, reporting, and communications for assigned projects and initiatives.
* Organising and co-ordinating the assigned project resources, and overseeing the delivery of development, test, and release plans (including user testing).
* Maintaining project documentation, ensuring that projects and initiatives are following defined organisational change governance frameworks and practices (e.g. RAID logs).
* Working with the Change team, Technology Product Owners, Business Analysts & Delivery/Scrum Teams to align, assess and resolve delivery issues, risks, priorities, and dependencies.
* Ensuring resilience, business continuity, data privacy and other relevant impacts are assessed, whilst supporting the adoption of Change Management practices to aid stakeholders through the change curve.
* Monitoring the benefits, costs, and risks of change at a project / initiative level.
We are keen to hear from candidates who are passionate about change, with empathy for the impacts change can have on an organisation and its people, customers & partners. You'll have previous experience of delivering multiple, concurrent technical projects and initiatives, with a specific focus on Enterprise-grade IT Infrastructure, ITIL-aligned IT Service Management toolkit. It is essential that you are a confident communicator, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
In addition, you will be able to demonstrate the following:
