Vacancy – Part Time Administration Officer
Focusmed24 Ltd is an established recruitment agency providing nurses, Biomedical Scientists and Lab staff to private and NHS clients across the UK.
We are a small team based in Nantwich, Cheshire and are looking to recruit an Administration Officer due to recent investment, internal development and ongoing growth of the business.
This is an exciting time to come on-board as we push the business forward. The hours will be Monday and Tuesday, 9-5. There will be a requirement for more hours to cover staff holidays, but this will always be by agreement. Salary will be £10,000 pa for these two days.
The priority of the role will be: Converting timesheets into sales invoices to clients and generating payments to contractors, purchase and sales ledger duties and assisting in reporting and accounting functions.
The role requires a very high attention to detail and the ability to focus on often laborious data checking and entry. The ideal applicant will love policies and procedures and like to do things ‘by the book.’ You will also need to have excellent communication skills (written, face to face and over the phone), a high standard of English and IT skills and be confident and proactive.
Administration experience is essential: Payroll background would be hugely advantageous, email and Excel are essential and knowledge of Client Relationship Management (CRM) and financial software would be useful, although full training will be given.
Due to being a small team there will be plenty of opportunity to learn about the business and support colleagues on projects.
