We are seeking a talented and data-driven Marketing Manager to drive and support our marketing efforts relating to emails, creatives, copywriting, digital marketing and website design for Lankin Investments. This role is key to driving online visibility, generating leads, and enhancing the online reputation of our firm. Key Responsibilities
1. Email Marketing and Creative Skills: Create and strategize on high-quality designs for promotional materials, marketing campaigns, and investor presentations. Develop event materials, including signage, flyers, and other offline collateral, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Design landing pages and email marketing campaigns. Optimize current email marketing journeys utilizing data to increase open and click-through rates.
2. Social Media Marketing: Design and curate engaging and viral social media content. Increase social media follower count and engagement. Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to ensure consistency in messaging and tone across all platforms. Write creative copy that aligns with Lankin's brand. Actively engage consumers and followers who interact with our posts and stories on our social media platforms. Support with managing influencer outreach and collaborations.
3. Digital Marketing Brand Identity: Maintain and enhance the visual identity of the company, ensuring all designs align with our brand standards. Work on projects that support the company’s marketing and communication goals, including rebranding or new branding initiatives. Review performance of advertisement campaigns and recommend optimizations.
4. Collaboration: Partner with the Director of Marketing to brainstorm and execute creative ideas for campaigns and presentations. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure design assets support the goals of other departments, including investment and development teams.
5. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail. Stay organized with a system for managing design files and ensuring easy access for the team.
6. Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our brand creatives remain competitive and innovative. Recommend and implement new technologies or workflows to enhance marketing efforts.
Qualifications
* Degree in digital marketing/advertising, marketing, graphic design, visual communications, or a related field preferred.
* 4+ years of professional experience in marketing, graphic design and copywriting preferably in Real Estate, investment, or corporate environments.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, and other design software.
* Strong writing and editing skills for creating effective and engaging copy.
* Strong use of HubSpot CRM Marketing Portal preferred.
* A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including branding, presentations, and promotional materials.
* Excellent time management skills.
