We are looking for a Property Cleaner (part time, 15 hours per week, usually worked over 2 shifts) to join the team at Clifton Short Lets. You'll play a key role in ensuring that the short let rooms that we manage look great all the time for our valued tenants and guests Clifton Short Lets offer a selection of short let rooms within shared Georgian properties in Clifton. Our friendly in-house cleaning team are at the heart of what we do. We encourage our team’s independence as they work across our properties in Clifton, and we are committed to offering flexible hours that work around you. Snacks and refreshments are also provided back at base (our head office) to keep you going through the day. We provide full training, but some evidence of a similar cleaning or hands on, physical job would be preferred. Details of the Property Cleaning role: Hourly rate: £12.45 per hour - this rises to £12.95 per hour upon completion of a successful 12-week probation period 15 hours per week (usually worked over approx. 2 shifts each week, on a rota basis to include weekends) Travel time between properties is paid - do note as well that all of our short let properties are location within a very walkable distance to each other in Clifton, and to your 'base' in this role which will be our friendly head office building In this department, we can be quite flexible with contracted hours - if you are looking for fewer or more than the hours above, just let us know your preference when you apply We usually operate between 9am-5pm Monday to Sunday.
