About the role:
* Supporting students with additional needs, including SEMH, autism, ADHD and learning difficulties
* Excellent behaviour management as you will be dealing with challenging behaviour in some instances
* Provide ongoing support to the class teacher, helping students to stay engaged in their learning
* Assist in administrative tasks such as preparing resources and organising displays
* Assist in creating a positive learning environment
* Leading small group interventions
If you are passionate, hard-working, empathetic and aspire to make a difference, this will be the perfect role for you! Previous experience working with young people is essential, including working in mainstream schools. You must be able to drive and have an enhanced DBS.
You will be working term time only, Monday - Friday, typically between the hours of 8:30am - 3:30pm (depending on the specific school). If you would like to discuss this role further, please get in touch!
