Autism Specialist Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel Sheffield are looking for an Autism Specialist Teaching Assistant to join the workforce of a specialist school in SHEFFIELD.
Responsibilities:
* Provide 1-2-1 support to students with diverse needs (Autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities and behavioural challenges).
* Support in fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported.
* Collaborate with the staffing team within the school to ensure that every student has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
Requirements:
* Experience working with children, young people, or adults with special educational needs.
* Compassionate and patient character.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability.
* Ability to work with challenging behaviour.
* Driving licence is preferred but not required if you have adequate travel arrangements.
Additional Information:
* £85-100/day - Dependent on experience and performance.
* Permanent contracts available.
* Full-time and part-time roles.
