With a solid foundation of success already in place, you will be responsible for sustaining and building upon the exceptional standards of care, compliance, and staff development that this home is known for. What We’re Looking For:
Experience: A minimum of 4-5 years as a Registered Manager in a residential care home setting.
Qualifications:
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
Proven Longevity: A strong track record of staying in roles long enough to demonstrate real impact and sustainable results.
Leadership Skills: A compassionate, proactive, and confident leader who can inspire and manage a diverse team.
Track Record of Success: Demonstrable success in maintaining high CQC ratings, delivering exceptional care standards, and building strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.
Compliance and Regulation
Knowledge: Thorough understanding of CQC requirements, safeguarding policies, and best practices in care delivery.

Ensure the home remains fully compliant with CQC regulations and maintains its strong reputation.
Oversee the day-to-day management of the home, fostering a positive and supportive environment for staff and residents. Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional care. Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of care and operational efficiency.
