As a passionate and experienced Project Manager, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to lead large-scale global customer projects, working closely with dynamic teams that include Implementation Consultants (ICs), Interface Specialists (IS), Treasury Consultants (TC), Business Analysts (BAs), and our trusted In-Country Partners.
Your strong project management skills will be key in coordinating tasks and activities across the team, ensuring successful, on-time delivery within the defined scope and in line with CloudPay’s proven methodology for global payroll implementations.
This role also offers the chance to bring fresh ideas to the table, drive innovation, and inspire others to embrace new approaches in payroll delivery.
Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:
* Project Management responsibilities for the end-to-end delivery of payroll implementation projects. This will include:
o Project kick-off
o Plan management
o Project coordination
o Diary management
o Internal and external stakeholder management
o Risk and Issue management
o Lessons Learned and Project Closure
* Delivering projects to the implementation schedule and ensuring deliverables are managed to plan for a successful implementation.
* Producing required status reports and updates on implementation delivery to Senior Project Managers and Implementation Managers.
* Running regular status meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensuring upkeep of the project plan and complying with regulatory audit action tracking related to the project delivery.
* Identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional CloudPay services, where appropriate.
* Actively participate and champion continuous improvement within the Implementation division.
* Actively work on self-development with the accessible LinkedIn Learning.
* Actively sharing feedback with the Quality and Deployment team who work on product needs and deliverables around the CloudPay platform.
* Help optimize the relationship within the implementation phase with the client and external partners (partner focus).
Attributes and Experience Required:
* Proven Project Management experience in complex environments with multiple stakeholder involvement.
* End-to-end project experience working with customers who require various service solutions.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proven experience in working with internal and external stakeholders, preferably client-facing experience.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Beneficial if you have:
* Project Management certification, e.g. Prince 2, PMP.
* Project Management Experience with implementing or serving Payroll/HR-related projects.
* Excellent in-country payroll setup experience.
* Team management experience in payroll/HR business environment.
