Enso Recruitment is seeking an experienced Regional Account Manager to join our client’s growing enterprise sales team in Europe. This role focuses on expanding business across the Netherlands, Nordics, Benelux, and select strategic accounts in Southern Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing key relationships, and working within an established channel and technology partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the region, working closely with senior leadership.
* Identify and win new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
* Represent the company at industry events and key meetings, acting as a figurehead for the territory.
* Work closely with customer success teams to drive renewals and upsell opportunities.
* Build a strong network of enterprise customers, channel partners, and industry influencers.
* Regularly travel across the territory to meet clients, partners, and attend events.
* Provide accurate forecasting and reporting on sales performance.
About You:
* 5+ years of enterprise cybersecurity sales experience, ideally selling SaaS security solutions.
* Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in enterprise accounts.
* Experience selling into financial services and other key industry verticals.
* Strong background in SIEM, SOC, Threat Intelligence, Cloud Security, SOAR, NDR, or EDR.
* Expertise in closing large, complex deals (6 & 7 figures) with major global enterprises.
* Ability to build strong relationships at all levels, from analysts to C-suite executives.
* Fluent in English, with additional languages such as Dutch being a plus.
* Comfortable working remotely, with regular travel across the region.
