Internship Length: 6 months Ocean Infinity is seeking an eLearning Content Creator Intern to join our Learning and Development team. The successful candidate will assist in creating engaging and interactive eLearning content to support training across the business. Reporting to the training and competence manager, this role is key to driving employee development and enhancing knowledge sharing across Ocean Infinity. What will you do: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and insights for training materials; Design and develop eLearning modules using authoring tools (Synthesia, Easy Generator and similar); Create engaging visual and multimedia content, including videos and animations, to enhance learning experiences; Write clear, concise learning objectives and assessments to evaluate training effectiveness; Maintain and update existing eLearning content to align with evolving training needs; Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure course functionality and user experience across multiple platforms; Analyse learner engagement and completion rates, providing insights to improve course content; Ensure all learning content aligns with branding, accessibility standards, and instructional design best practices. Who you are: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Media Production, or a related field; Strong writing and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail; Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite or similar); Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; Creative problem-solver with a passion for learning technologies; Thoughtful, thorough, and conscientious; Ability to take ownership and engagement in work; Integrity, credibility, and maturity for confidential issues; Open and receptive to new and different ideas; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Proactive and able to work autonomously towards the company's purpose. Desirable: Knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning principles; Experience in creating mobile-responsive learning content; Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS). Salary for this position: Up to £25,000 per annum Salary : The salary varies for this position as we are recruiting in multiple regional locations and job grades. The salary process is based on skills, abilities, and experience required.
