Paid Search & Social Advertising Specialist
Location: Cheltenham (hybrid – 2 days per week in office)
Salary: £35,000-£45,000 DOE

The Role:
We are looking for an experienced, forward-thinking Paid Search & Social specialist who relishes a new challenge. We want someone who is passionate about digital (and in particular ecommerce), website analysis, search and social marketing. You will be responsible for delivering their Paid Search & Social service to a range of clients of varying sectors and sizes.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and execute paid social media and paid search campaigns from start to finish, including achieving objectives, budgeting, targeting, testing and optimisation
* Briefing the creative department for content
* Collaborate with other marketing teams and stakeholders to align paid social media and paid search strategy with overall business goals and brand identity
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance using various tools and metrics
* Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth
* Monitoring sites on a daily, weekly & monthly basis to ensure that Paid Search & Social efforts are achieving the ROI targets for your clients
* Take an active part in and contribute to the Digital Marketing team
* Keep up to date with the latest Paid Search & Social trends and best practices
* Managing of client relationship including regular communication, meetings, calls, and presentations
Skills and Requirements:
* 3-5 Years proven experience in managing paid search and social media campaigns
* Proficient in using various social media platforms, tools and analytics, such as; META. Tiktok, Pinterest, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, experience is advantageous
* Ideally Google Ads and Google Analytics Certified
* Experience setting up and working with GA4
* Proven track record of growing ecommerce sales and ROI
* Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
* Excellent understanding of traffic and conversion measurement, experience with interpreting such data and deriving insight
* Experience in producing in-depth analysis and reporting on business KPIs
* Excellent planning, organisation and communication skills
* Confident communicator with excellent writing and speaking skills
* Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task
* Experience of delivering and monitoring digital marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and lead generation
