***TEMP TO PERM POSITION*** - Our client, has been dedicated to manufacturing quality fire doors, door frames and door sets for offices, commercial buildings, hotels and universities for over 30 years requires an Sales/ Purchase Assistant to support the team. The position leading to permanent after a successful trial period.
Job Role:
* Be the friendly voice our customers turn to, answering their questions and providing top-notch support. Calling our customers and asking how they liked their orders and Booking deliveries.
* Learn how to prepare quotes and estimates, assisting customers with their needs. Don’t worry—we’ll teach you everything you need to know!
* Build new customer relationships through outreach and help bring in new business.
* Purchasing Become a whiz at finding the best suppliers. Help with ordering and ensuring we’ve got everything we need.
* Assist the sales team with any general administrative tasks, keeping things organised and running smoothly.
Candidate requirements:
* You love connecting with people and making their day better
* You’re excited to dive into new tasks, especially learning how to prepare estimates and quotes.
* You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
* You’re comfortable chatting with customers on the phone and in person.
Shifts:
* Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 08:00-4:30 (30 minute lunch unpaid)
