You will be working closely with the Maintenance Manager, Helpdesk Manager and external contractors to ensure absolute compliance with building regulations for the 250 stores UK wide. \n\nThis FM Compliance Manager role will include:\n\nTaking ownership of the building compliance for the portfolio of commercial nationwide stores\n\t\nEnsuring statutory building regulations are adhered to in accordance with the SFG20 to ensure best practice within all assets \n\t\nSite visits (London based) to ensure the quality of works completed via contractors\n\t\nManaging a robust PPM schedule that ensures all buildings meet safety standards\n\t\nWorking closely with the Helpdesk manager, Maintenance manager and managing external contractor relationships \n\t\nEnsuring value for money and quality for all works \n\t\nWorking with the CAFM system (Invida) and being responsible for reporting of compliance status\n\nThis is a varied Facilities Compliance Manager role which would suit a building services specialist with vast knowledge of building regulations. Within this FM Compliance Manager role you will be working on a hybrid basis; in the London office, on site visits, or from home. \n\nFor this FM Compliance Manager role we are looking for someone with:\n\nExtensive experience and knowledge of building regulations and hard services compliance covering both electrical and mechanical services \n\t\nExperience of managing building services compliance for multiple commercial sites, ideally from the retail sector, multi site experience is essential \n\t\nExperience of working with CAFM systems, Invida would be highly desirable. \n\t\nExperience of managing PPM schedules and working with contractors\n\t\nExperience of ensuring deadlines are met to ensure statutory compliance \n\t\nFacilities experience such as helpdesk or PPM planner at an earlier part of your career could be advantageous\n\t\nA strong communicator, who enjoys building relationships with internal and external stakeholders \n\t\nExperience of retail, or food and beverage retail would be desirable, though not essential if you have the commercial, multi site experience\n\nThis is the ideal role for someone with a passion for commercial building regulations and compliance and who wants to work in a fun and diverse team for a company with a great culture and awesome perks!\n\nIf you are looking for a new Building Services Compliance role, please apply now
