Working Hours:- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM

As an Accounts Assistant/SSC Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering accurate and timely financial information while maintaining a robust control environment. Your key duties will include:
Supporting the Financial Accountant with the Monthly Close Process
Acting as the finance liaison with the External Shared Service Centre for both AP and AR ledgers
Participating in weekly calls as the finance representative for AR Cash Collection activities
Managing the AP On Hold report to ensure a seamless procure-to-pay process
Keeping the AP/AR ledgers clean and providing wider finance support
Assisting with cash forecast preparation and recording of actuals
Running the Internal Intra-Netting process
Processing ad hoc invoices/credit notes and employee expenses in the ERP system
Creating Manual & BACS Payment runs
Assisting with external audit information requests
