Main duties of the job The successful post holder will provide high quality care for infants, children and young people who present with a range of clinical presentations from minor injuries to the child requiring rapid stabilisation in the resuscitation environment. You will be a role model to junior staff members and to share skills, knowledge and experience with other members of the multi-disciplinary team. As a Sister/Charge nurse you support and guide the development of the team and service to ensure that we provide safe and effective care to our patients.
