We are recruiting Senior HCSWs to be part of our Community Paediatric and Neurodisability service team. More details about the team can be found below.

Providing personal care, promoting nutritional needs, and assisting in the recovery and recuperation of patients on their journey to better health are just some aspects of this essential role.
Main duties of the job
As a key member of the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, you will be joining an exceptional team working together to help our patients to stay healthy, when they need it most. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing support to the multi-disciplinary team completing assessments as part of our school-age neurodevelopmental assessment pathway.
* Assisting with information gathering to support the neurodevelopmental assessment pathway.
* Organising and delivering the QB clinic, a computer-based test that provides valuable objective information to help determine if a child or young person has ADHD.
* Signposting support to young people and families while they await further assessment.
* Working in conjunction with or under the supervision of a range of professionals to ensure appropriate care and support is delivered.
* Traveling to other localities as required.

Working Pattern: We care for our patients around the clock so we will need you to work a range of shift patterns. These range from short shifts, day shifts between 8am and 8pm, and 12.5-hour day and night shifts with an hour break in the ward areas. Please do check this at your interview.

Salary: £24,071 to £25,674 a year per annum pro rata
