Rate of Pay: £20.94 - £27.42 per Hour
Summary:
The Building Services Project Management Support Officer plays a pivotal role in delivering effective and compliant technical project support across council facilities, including corporate buildings, schools, parks, and housing. The role supports project administration, procurement, financial tracking, and adherence to ISO9001 standards.
Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative and technical support to the Technical Services Team.
* Ensure project documentation complies with ISO9001 quality standards.
* Support procurement and tendering processes aligned with council policies.
* Monitor project budgets and assist with financial reporting.
* Manage scheduling and allocation of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks.
* Promote and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
* 5 GCSEs (Grades A*-C) including English and Mathematics.
* NVQ Level 4 or above in Business Administration or a construction-related discipline.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
* IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH Certificate (desirable).
Experience Required:
* Experience in a technical services or building services support role.
* Experience using property management or CAFM systems (e.g., TF Cloud, Concept).
* Strong understanding of ISO9001/41001 or other quality management systems.
* Experience supporting procurement processes and contract documentation.
