An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Occupational Health Team as a dedicated clinical administrator. The role involves working on site at our Occupational Health Unit, Monday – Friday covering the clinic hours from 9am, it’s therefore not suitable for home working. You will help to run our clinics, support our clinical staff, and deliver excellent customer services. The work requires a high level of accuracy, excellent communication skills and telephone manner, empathy, and confidentiality. The role may require the successful applicant to work from other locations within the West Midlands on occasion. Responsibilities reception duties booking appointments, managing diaries, and preparing clinics general administrative work and inputting accurate data. Experience and skills Essential skills or experience confident communicator with understanding of strict confidentiality solid understanding of Microsoft Office 365 suite good attention to detail and accuracy good customer service and empathy. Desirable skills or experience experience of clinical practises.
