That's where you come in. You'll oversee the delivery of key services that address domestic abuse and anti-social behaviour, putting the voice of the customer at the heart of all you do. You'll lead the team, ensuring they're upskilled, highly performing and as committed as you are to delivering exceptional customer services. A strong knowledge of the Housing sector and relevant laws and regulations we work within will be essential as you'll support your team with complex cases if they need to look to you for support.
