Sales Manager – UK & Ireland (Lisburn, Onsite with Travel)
This is a relationship-driven sales leadership role in a people-first family business. Our client, a well-established name in the wholesale sector, is looking for a Sales Manager to maximise opportunities within an already thriving customer base and drive long-term growth.
As the Managing Director’s right-hand person, you’ll lead a sales team, strengthen key account relationships, and identify new ways to increase sales across 1,300 active accounts in the UK & Ireland.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Deepen relationships with existing clients, increasing revenue from current accounts.
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
* Work closely with key buying groups and trade partners to drive repeat business.
* Identify new sales opportunities within the existing customer base and their networks.
* Strategically grow the UK market, spotting fresh business opportunities.
* Travel approx. one week per month to meet key customers and strengthen relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
* A relationship-focused sales leader who knows how to grow existing accounts.
* A humble, hungry, and smart approach – someone who puts people first.
* Background in decorative hardware, homeware, DIY, or wholesale sales (preferred but not essential).
