German speaking Customer Service Coordinator
FRENCH SELECTION (FS)
Location: Wigan
Hybrid work: 3 days a week in the office and 2 days at home
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum plus great benefits

The company:
An industry-leading manufacturer and supplier, proudly serving customers both domestically and around the globe.
Main duties:
1. Act as the main point of contact for customer service and manage a customer order from inquiry to delivery.
The role:
1. To actively build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
2. To manage sales orders from entry to completion, including order entry, quotations, follow-up on purchase orders, confirmation of shipment dates and delivery inquiries and shipment tracking.
3. To respond to customer inquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner, providing accurate and complete information.
4. To provide proactive assistance to the team and other departments within the company as needed.
The candidate:
1. Fluent German in both written and spoken is essential.
2. Experience in a similar role is preferred.
3. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail are required.
4. Excellent communication skills are necessary.
5. Candidates should be proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work under pressure.
6. Experience with SAP is a significant advantage.
