Recruitment Advisor - Craigavon - Manufacturing MCS Group is thrilled to be representing an award-winning manufacturing company in the Craigavon area, to source a Recruitment Advisor on a permanent full-time basis. The Recruitment Advisor will report into the Recruitment Manager, supporting the delivery of an efficient recruitment and training function for IT, Finance, Logistics and various other vacancies. There will also be a significant focus on managing the company's induction process on a bi-monthly basis. The Role The successful candidate will be report directly to the Recruitment Manager, as the Recruitment Advisor you will also work closely with management teams and Hiring Managers providing a comprehensive recruitment function. Key Responsibilities Set up and partake in interviews Tracking & Managing vacancies via the applicant tracking system Reviewing, shortlisting, and identifying the most suitable candidates for Hiring Managers Advertising roles on various job boards & social media Search resume databases for ideal candidates Take the lead on inductions and assist onboarding processes Attend job fairs and careers events when required All other duties as required by HR Managers and Senior Management Team The Successful Candidate Minimum of 1 year of experience within a busy resourcing or HR environment with a focus on recruitment Experience managing induction or training process A degree in HR or a relevant discipline is desirable Strong social media skills Able to work under pressure Good IT skills What's in it for you Competitive salary 32 days annual leave Pension scheme with company contribution Health cash plan Hybrid working To apply for this exceptional opportunity, please forward an updated CV today.
