We’re seeking ambitious individuals to join our new fast-growing FX company as a Junior Business Development Executive. This is an entry-level position into the commercial FX sales market. Prior sales experience is not essential, but a basic understanding of finance is expected (training will be provided by highly experienced staff). We’re looking for real go-getters to enter a fast-paced, exciting role where they will be in control of their own growth.

What you will be doing:
* LEAD SOURCE: Research and develop contact lists of potential clients.
* ENGAGE: High volume of outbound b2b calls on a day-to-day basis, promoting the services of Credence Exchange Limited.
* BUILD RELATIONSHIPS: Confidently communicate with business owners and employees of senior management, adding value to their international payment processes.
* CLOSE DEALS: Provide valuable insights and expertise to assist clients with their FX needs, turning prospects into long-term customers.

Location & Hours:
Based in Brentwood with full-time office hours from 08.30-17.30, but Junior Business Development Executives may be expected to work hours that are necessary to meet company standards and targets.
