Do not miss out on this fantastic opportunity Responsibilities of this role Taking duty calls, signposting, and providing preventive support to residents and their carers to help manage risks and maintain wellbeing and prevent harm Working autonomously, acting safely, and ensuring accountable professional practice. Making decisions, and escalating issues for management attention as appropriate. Working in a strengths-based, person-centred approach to promote the rights and wellbeing of service users and carers. Ensuring professional curiosity, principles and values of honesty, openness, dignity, respect, and diversity in practice Completing visits and undertaking assessments of individuals and carers to encourage independence, provide support and prevent harm. Assisting with safeguarding enquiries. Requirements of this role: Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
