* To raise awareness of Mental Health issues in theworkplace.
* To update bank of current self-help literature oronline information;
* To refer to multidisciplinary team within OccupationalHealth and other outside agencies / GP where necessary
* OHWS provide short-term intervention only, for amaximum of six to eight sessions.
* To provide specialist risk assessment following referral (manager orclient).
* To assist in identifying collective health needs within specific groups.
* To provide specialist advice verbal and / or written reports followingassessment to other health professionals, managers, staff and clients.
The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above.

* Depending on the Trust, you may require variable additional certification and skills., A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Mental Health Hospital environment within the last 3 years, Degree / Diploma in Nursing
