About the role
As a Sales Development Executive at Just Move In, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers; delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships is key. You’ll be responsible for qualifying leads and identifying customer needs through both inbound and outbound channels, using our advanced dialler system. Our outbound leads come from movers who have already expressed an interest in our service, meaning you’ll never be cold calling. Your role is to ensure that each customer is properly informed and their needs understood before passing them to the Sales Team for their Home Set-Up appointment.
Your approach will be consultative, following our structured call guides that align with our proven sales methods and compliance procedures. It’s essential to be confident, clear, and concise in every interaction, while also demonstrating a strong ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and maintain a well-structured approach to each call, maximising every opportunity to ensure a high conversion.

1. Minimum of 2 years sales experience
2. Resilient and experienced in working in high-pressure sales environments
3. Expertise in objection handling and relationship management
4. Ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline and maintain a high conversion rate
5. Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
6. Experience in following a call guide to ensure compliance consistency under regulatory requirements
