Job Title : HR Administrator Location : Central base Epsom (minimum 4 days), travel to sites may include (Bromley, Greenwich) Salary : Up to £30,000 per annum Hours : 40 hours per week Reports to : HR Manager Required: Full and clean UK driving license What You Bring: Enthusiasm for HR & Onboarding : A strong interest in HR and a desire to create positive experiences for new hires. While experience in HR systems is a bonus, your commitment to learning tools like IRIS Cascade and ensuring accurate records is key. You’ll receive training to help you effectively manage employee records, share weekly reports, and support employees through each stage of their journey. Clear & Friendly Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills that allow you to interact well with candidates, managers, and team members. You enjoy building relationships and are ready to respond promptly to questions, sharing information in a friendly and professional manner. A Proactive, Organised Approach : You’re organised, reliable, and excited to learn how to handle multiple tasks in HR. You bring a can-do attitude to managing system setups, dispatching paperwork, and addressing general queries. With guidance, you’ll develop your skills in prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
