We're looking for a passionate, hands-on Salon Manager to lead our team and ensure top-notch service for our guests. You'll work closely with your regional manager to build strong relationships, support and develop your team, and create a culture of respect and professionalism. Luxury salon in Chiswick, London. As Salon Manager, What You'll Do: Foster strong teamwork and communication within the salon and with your regional manager. This role is 70% hands-on treatments, when the team starts to grow, then less time will be spent in treatments. Ensure excellent guest service and handle any concerns with care and attention. Support your team with regular meetings, appraisals, and performance management. Oversee financial processes, including weekly planning, sales analysis, and cash handling. Manage stock levels, toolkits, and salon equipment. Maintain high standards in health, hygiene, and safety. Stay up-to-date with beauty trends and share new ideas with the team. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training efforts to keep the team motivated and growing. What We’re Looking For: 2-3 years of management experience, ideally in beauty or a related field. Strong financial and numerical skills. A passion for excellent guest service and team development. Ability to plan, organise, and meet deadlines.
