Our client, a leading safety equipment supplier, is looking for a motivated Services Manager to join their dynamic team in Redhill.
As the Services Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing a team of 5 remote technicians and ensuring excellent service delivery across the UK. This role is perfect for a confident manager with strong technical and service management skills, ready to support the team and maintain top-tier customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage a team of 5 remote technicians located across the UK.
2. Plan and coordinate technician schedules and logistics for nationwide service delivery, ensuring optimal coverage.
3. Provide advice on service options, product maintenance, and best storage practices.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, resolving any queries.
5. Raise quotations and input orders into service management systems.
6. Manage area budgets and forecast resource demands in line with business objectives.
7. Conduct site visits occasionally to review and oversee processes in person.
Key Requirements:
1. Proven management experience in the servicing or product management sector is essential.
2. Strong technical understanding.
3. Service management software experience is advantageous.
4. Confident in decision-making with strong leadership skills, ensuring team alignment.
5. Willingness to travel to various sites when necessary.
The Package:
Full time, Permanent
Monday - Friday, 9.30am - 5pm
Competitive Salary, £40,000 - £45,000pa DOE
25 days holiday + bank holidays
