We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time receptionist to join our dynamic team on a job share basis! Located in a prestigious business park in Farnborough, you’ll be at the heart of a bustling office, complete with an onsite café and gym.

Salary - £15,912
Hours – 8.30am – 5.00pm Wednesday – Friday (25.5 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities
You will provide a front of house reception service which will include:
The Reception
* Set up and maintain the reception area to meet visitor and tenant expectations
* Greet all visitors with warmth and professionalism, embodying the personality of our building
* Efficiently manage couriers, post, and deliveries, ensuring smooth operations
* Handle inbound phone calls and perform general administrative tasks
* Submit weekly reports on site activity as required
* Work as part of a team with the Building Manager and Security
The Building
* Report and manage any building issues and closely liaise with the building manager
* Manage contractors and ensure any maintenance issues are resolved
* Proficiently manage access cards and passes, ensuring secure and efficient entry for personnel and visitors
* Some access door lock-up required at the end of the day
* Ensure vacant office space is kept pristine and support the letting agents who are marketing the space
Tenant Engagement and Support
* Develop a good understanding of the local area and maintain a local amenities information file
* Liaise/support the Marketing Representative for the Park who is responsible for creating a community vibe and for introducing concierge and added value initiatives, and popup events for the tenants – which are communicated via a Park App
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Proven experience in a front of house reception role in an office environment
* Marketing experience preferred, but not essential
* Personable and proactive with a confident manner and able to deliver impeccable customer service
* Self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to easily multi-task
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* PC literate and confident using Microsoft Office / Apps / Canva - and be willing to learn new systems
