Human Resources Specialist
Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the CEO and stakeholders, this role will be instrumental in enhancing our HR strategies, optimizing employee relations, and supporting the overall growth of our diverse portfolio as franchisee of globally recognized leisure and hospitality brands, Domino's, Costa Coffee, German Doner Kebab, and Snap Fitness.
What You'll Do:
1. HR Strategy and Planning:
o Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
o Support senior management in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
o Foster a positive organizational culture, promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.
2. Recruitment and Onboarding:
o Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to candidate selection.
o Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
3. Employee Relations and Performance Management:
o Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support in resolving conflicts.
o Work closely with employees to investigate grievances and address concerns related to discrimination, harassment, and other workplace issues in collaboration with senior management.
o Implement performance management systems, conducting regular reviews and feedback sessions.
o Manage employee disciplinary actions and terminations, partnering with management and legal counsel to mitigate potential risks.
4. HR Policies and Compliance:
o Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices.
o Provide consulting support in areas such as change management, team building, conflict resolution, performance management, progressive discipline, talent management, and employee development.
5. Compensation and Benefits:
o Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
o Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to maintain a competitive compensation structure.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
o Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
o Monitor employee turnover rates, engagement scores, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
o Collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives related to talent management and organizational development.
Who You Are:
* Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the hospitality or leisure sector.
* Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and HR software systems.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
* Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and maintain confidentiality.
* Proactive with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience and educational background in handling employee and workplace disputes and other conflict resolutions are required.
