We are seeking an enthusiastic, qualified Speech and Language Therapists to work within our established team of committed SLT's and Assistant SLT's to assist in delivering high quality services to adults with communication and swallowing difficulties across Northumberland and North Tyneside.

The post holders will have the chance to work with clients presenting with a range of acquired aetiologies including stroke, dementia, neurological conditions, respiratory conditions. You will be responsible for the assessment and treatment of patients on your caseload.
These posts are suitable for new graduates seeking experience in adult work. The posts form part of our highly successful band 5 rotation scheme, allowing experience in a variety of settings and with a number of client groups.

To develop/improve/maintain/manage communication/swallowing/feeding skills of adults in a given location, through direct intervention, liaison and joint working with other staff and carers and across agencies, to maximise their potential reduce risk and enable their maximum participation and integration into society.
