Role Overview
The Commercial Sales Executive role at DCTUK.com is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team that prioritizes customer satisfaction and sales growth. As a key member of our commercial sales team, you will be responsible for managing high-value customer accounts and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
* Prospect for new business opportunities and identify potential customers who can benefit from DCTUK's commercial floor coverings.
* Present DCTUK's portfolio of commercial floor coverings to customers, addressing various applications, aesthetics, and budget requirements.
* Meet and exceed individual and corporate sales targets on a monthly basis.
* Utilize the latest technologies, such as LinkedIn invitations and video quotations, to maximize sales opportunities.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of telesales experience with a proven track record of success in B2B sales.
* Passion for building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
* A background in selling B2B, particularly within the flooring or construction sector, is highly desirable.

Location: Office-based at Aintree, Liverpool. Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Holidays: 28 per year, including bank holidays. Salary: £25-30k depending on experience + generous bonuses, OTE £40,000
