We have an excellent opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join an ambitious team in Altrincham on a permanent basis. This full-time, office-based role (9am - 5:30pm) is ideal for someone eager to make a meaningful contribution and develop their administrative skills in a supportive environment.
About the Role
You’ll provide essential support to the team, assisting with various admin tasks. This is a great chance to join a small, welcoming team where your role can evolve alongside the business’s growth.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily administrative duties, including handling calls, emails, and enquiries.
* Support with meeting and event organisation, including logistics.
* Keep company records, databases, and filing systems up to date.
* Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
* Monitor office supplies, ensuring stock levels remain adequate.
* Provide general admin assistance with tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.
* Handle confidential information responsibly.
* Support the Credit Control process.
What We’re Looking For
* At least 2 years of experience in an admin role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability.
* A proactive approach with strong organisational skills.
