Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, improving operational efficiency, and driving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality assurance policies, standards, and procedures.
Monitor production stages to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Conduct audits, inspections, and tests to assess product and service quality.
Maintain accurate records of quality control processes and outcomes.
Prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Track quality metrics, including defects, process improvements, and compliance.
Identify and resolve quality issues in collaboration with relevant teams.
Create and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
Ensure effective training of staff on quality standards and compliance procedures.
Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory changes, communicating updates to teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Use data analysis to detect trends and suggest enhancements to quality standards.
Implement quality management tools and techniques to optimize workflows.
Key Skills and Experience:
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Officer or in a similar role, with a preference for experience in social housing or related sectors.
Familiarity with quality testing tools, methodologies, and regulatory standards.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and industry best practices.
Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and quality control techniques.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
High attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
